Terms of Service

Kithos is a private intelligence system that connects to communications services you authorize and helps you understand and act on that information. The features, capabilities, and interface may evolve.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may not:

• — Use Kithos to violate any law
• — Use Kithos to harm, harass, defraud, or impersonate others
• — Connect services you do not have the legal right to access
• — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell Kithos
• — Circumvent security controls or rate limits
• — Use Kithos to generate content that infringes intellectual property or violates third-party rights

You are responsible for your use of Kithos, including any messages or content Kithos generates or sends on your behalf at your direction.

You own your data. You grant Kithos a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete your account or disconnect a service. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Kithos uses AI models to produce analysis, drafts, and other output. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything Kithos produces before acting on it, sending it, or relying on it. Kithos is a tool, not a substitute for your judgment.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Kithos — including the software, interface, branding, and all associated materials — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Kithos to you.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.

Kithos is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Kithos will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of Kithos, or your violation of any third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
